Ordering Information Orders may be phoned into our office at (661) 309-2020. All non-food gifts shipped/delivered in California will be subject to applicable sales tax. All products listed subject to availability. If necessary, we may substitute items of equal or lesser value. We guarantee your recipient will be absolutely delighted with the quality of your Basket Savvy gift. Should you have any concerns regarding the quality or condition of any Basket Savvy gift purchase, please contact us at (661) 309-2020 within 7 days of purchase. Credit Card Transactions and Payment Options We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. The billing address on your order must match the billing address that your credit card statements are sent to. Credit card orders are billed at the time the order is received. Please carefully review the recipient’s address information, including telephone number, condo or apartment number, gate code, etc. prior to placing the order. If incorrect shipping or delivery information is provided and the package is returned to our office, you will be charged for redelivery. Shipping Information Our shipping charges are entirely separate from the price of your gift basket. All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order. During the holiday season, please anticipate additional lead-time. Additional charges will be added to your final credit card charge for all shipping changes. Orders are hand-delivered locally in the Santa Clarita Valley, California, for a
$10.00 flat fee, and are shipped UPS Ground otherwise. Included in our shipping charges are packaging materials consisting of a shipping box, bubble wrap or popcorn, and additional structural materials to insure your gift arrives in excellent condition.
